KATAŞ CONSTRUCTION’s recruitment process can be identified as recruiting the appropriate candidate with suitable technical and behavioral capacities for required open positions regarding company policies, aims and culture.
Human Resources Executive performs the first interviews regarding competency. The candidates that are selected for the second interview are engaged to request holder division managers. The candidate who has two positive interviews is offered a position.
Job applications can be executed by e-mail, mail, employee suggestions and in person to our company. The applications are filed and saved for 6 months by Human Resources Database to be evaluated upon request.
