This project represents the first and most important model of its kind, developed in Turkey. This facility is a huge complex with Galleria, the first big shopping center of Turkey, parking lot for 3.500 vehicles, five star Holiday Inn Hotel with 304 rooms, fashion and textile centers, social facilities and commercial areas.
Galleria installed on a closed area of 77.000 m² won the awards of "best architectural design", "project considered in detail", "center having fast construction and different properties" and "best shop mix" in the competition in the international shopping centers exhibition where 78 shopping centers were entered and made in Las Vegas, America (1989). |
